Hey, I wonder if anyone can help please. I am intending on urchasing the Object Desktop, and I specifically want to have Icon X and Cursors XP. Are these both part of the Object Desktop, or do I have to purchase separately. I did contact Stardock, but the're busy, and I guess thats what the forums are for, yeah!. Appreciate your help.

cool, Tar muchly   Just one more question though, as I've been reading thru comments on the forum, people are paying and downloading from links. I thought there was a Object Desktop CD and Cursors XP CD that they send out. Do you know?

It's easiest to use StardockCentral to download and install the components. But I do believe there is an option to get ObjectDesktop on CD.

I'm not sure, not seeing anything. Perhaps someone else knows, I bought it so long ago and just used the download link from the email. It's such a small program I don't know why it would be put on CD. *shrug*

I originally bought and had shipped to me ODNT2002 just in case of crashes, etc.,
but with SDC, I can archive all my stuff, move the archives to a disk and use SDC to restore them later

I don't think there is a cd for CursorXP - Bebi Bulma is right, it's a small program.
You can enter your serial for it in in SDC and download through there.
My paid CursorXP shows up in SDC under 'misc' 'purchased'.

I don't believe there is a CD option for CursorXP.  Is there a specific reason why you need it on CD?  It's a very small download, and even someone on dial-up should have no problems downloading it.

Most people use Stardock Central to download their Object Desktop components, and other applications such as CursorXP or ObjectDock Plus.

This is an introduction to Stardock Central article which will give you a sense of what it does, and how to use it.

If you want to order Object Desktop on CD, then you can just click "get it on CD" from the link below.
